This place is infested with rats. In January I found a dead rat inside, and all of my stuff, including the baby stuff, was covered in rat feces. They refused to do anything about it. The rat made a nest in our baby bassinet. I cleaned out the rat, the poop, everything myself. And they said it wouldn't happen again. Then come April, I come back into the storage to find more rat poop, and anther nest in a bassinet. Avoid this place at all costs. We rented a storage at this location and when we went yesterday to get our stuff out we noticed mold on our furniture and wet stain on one of my upholstered chairs. Mildew and mold smell in the unit. All our stuff was damp. We reached out to the manager Brian today and he said that there is nothing they can do and to call the insurance. We wanted to avoid paying an additional month that is why we wanted to take our stuff out yesterday and said we have to continue paying. The manager at this store was helpful, very nice, and was a pleasure to rent a unit there. Very clean and affordable also. I highly recommend this storage company. This facility is great at proving the help I need. I truly do appreciate everything they do for me.
