I had a great experience setting up my storage unit. I did everything online but did manage to meet with someone when I went the first day and told me all the rules and how to get into my unit. Super clean areas and affordable.

The representative was very helpful and I was very glad to be able to find a large size storage at Istorage when every other place was sold out. Location is very convenient.

Everything about our experience was easy and quick, from checkin to the completion of moving our furniture into storage. Mike was professional and efficient AND every associate I spoke to on the phone beforehand was extremely helpful.

I was a tad stressed out about the imminent arrival of my shipment and needed a good place to store my stuff. Ali helped me pick out lockers over the phone and made sure they'd be available when I came in to sign contracts. Mike showed me around when I came in for the first time and helped sign me up. Both took good care of me. Excellent facility, modern, clean, secure, well lit. Definitely recommend.
