awesome barre class! I recommend to everyone. great workout. I believe the instructor is Alex? she takes pride in her work n is very knowledgeable and lots of fun. the work out was so fun and I sure can feel it the next day.! thanks again
Absolutely one of the best decisions of my life. Recommend highly! Sheryl & BettyLynn are great inspirations & both give us their all. I tried many gyms and no instructor compares. We have become a family of women trying our best to take care of ourselves so we can take care of the ones we ❤️ It’s fun and rewarding.
