And this past July right before my Birthday (July 26-) I decided Oh well girl stop complaining about your weight and how you can't move down or up the steps with speed and how my cloths fit. I am so happy I joined a year ago! I never get bored, Paula and Bettylyn are always there with positive words. Very comfortable environment.
I have been traveling from new jersey to this gym 6 days a week since may and will continue to. I have transformed my body. I couldn't find a gym like it in new jersey and now... dont want to. The classes are great, and the staff and members are friendly and supportive. If you want to feel welcomed, valued, appreciated and supported...this is the place to be! Marge
I stopped in and everyone was really nice and helpful. Bettylynn gave me great information on the different options available at the gym and was clearly knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. I would definitely recommend this gym to my friends or any woman looking to get healthy!
Love Bettylynn, a great place to find daily motivation from the members and especially the owner and staff. You can say your membership includes a personal trainer because the owner will workout with you and/or guide you, only have great things to say about It Figures :)
My sister and I just joined and we love the vibe. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
