Needed help with 2FA. I talked to Denielli about resetting my account because my Authenticator codes did not transfer to my new phone. She had Diego reset my account so that I can set up my 2FA again. Then she answered a few questions I had. She was very helpful. I appreciate the help from Denielli and Diego very much.
