The application process was pretty straight forward and streamline The application process was pretty simple and straight forward. my only complaint is having to make an appt. to speak with someone if you have questions. Would be nice to have an accessible person even in an online chat. The people i did speak with were very friendly and helpful, patient with my questions.

They made sure the transfer of funds into my account was processed efficiently on their end as best as possible. I wish I could say the same for my broker where I transferred the funds from. My transaction was easy My transaction was easy! I rolled over a Roth IRA and the process was simple and I felt in control the entire time. My IRA had to mail me the check which I forwarded to iTrust's bank. Once the check went through a mandatory 7 day hold, it was available for me to use!
