Amazing service Jonathan… I got to say I’ve been working with Jonathan on two different accounts, and he has been Extremely helpful and patient. I messed up the set up on one account on my end and it took a lot for Jonathan and the tech team to get it fixed. No matter how many times I called and how many times it didn’t work Jonathan Never got exasperated or irritated he just kept working on it until it was fixed thank you so much!!

Greatly appreciate help received Grace Avino was super helpful when a wire transfer that I sent did not make it to ITrust. Turned out it was my bank that made the error, and when funds were re-sent from my bank to ITrust, the funds were received. Thanks Grace!

Joseph was AMAZING, answering all of my questions regarding the different IRA accounts, even taking the time to walk me through a new account set-up and funding while talking to him.
