Excellent agent I had a very good experience with an agent at the itrustcapital.com's funding support section. He walked me through the whole process (2 processes). Giving a 5-star rating for his excellent work & attitude. Otherwise, just 3-4 stars for the company. They didn't do a good job at all at the beginning when I tried to roll over fund from Fidelity. That was a few years ago n itrustcapital.com was less than a year old. Now, it's a lot better company, but it will take more good experiences to bring my rating up. ^_^... read more

You will hit a wall using wire transfers. Call Sydney on the helpline. We were trying (three times) (ACH, bank wire transfer & pay for a bank wire) to wire into an account. FRUSTRATED. SLOWLY. It was a complete train wreck. Information on the emails was ignored, replies were cut and pasted, non sequiturs and indifferent & useless. I called the helpline. Sydney picked up promptly.
