Customer service - Nadia - excellent My customer service professional was Nadia and she was terrific. During the hectic time when the custodian was being changed she was still able to help me perform a Roth conversion. We’re still waiting for the custodian to finalize the matter but she did all she could to help me. Very much appreciated

Investing is easy- don’t go over invest I had an issue that by oversight I invested more than allowed in a Roth 401(k). iTrustCapital Sign Up Process The sign up and creating an account process was fairly simple and straight forward. The transfer of funds was also easier than I expected. What I liked the most was that I could call and have a phone conversation with someone that spoke American English with an accent that I could understand and were very helpful.

This is what customer service should be I requested a distribution and Mark was able to call me ahead of our scheduled meeting (which would have been the following week) and finalize the process before the week ended. Service has been professional and incredibly responsive, especially Mark.

Jimmy Herrera was extremely patient… Jimmy Herrera was extremely patient walking me through all of the steps to transfer funds into my bank account. Since I am older and not particularly savvy with technology, it must have taken me much longer to comprehend what I had to do, but Jimmy never rushed me or interrupt me trying to click onto all the sites and file folders to get to where I needed to be.
