Julian demonstrated professional… Julian demonstrated professional competence and understanding of my difficulties in completing my IRA transfer. He explained the banking changes and some of the confusion that was created. I was especially impressed when our call got cutoff and he called me back immediately. I’m not happy with the delays in funds transfer, but I would highly recommend Julian.

He stayed on the line with me while he got an answer from their tech department. Did I mention that this was at 4:35 on a Friday afternoon when they close at 5:00? Very impressive customer service.
