I was not happy that I had to use IRA… I was not happy that I had to use IRA money to pay the fees. I would have preferred to have been given the option to use an alternate source.
The application process was pretty straight forward and streamline The application process was pretty simple and straight forward. my only complaint is having to make an appt. to speak with someone if you have questions. Would be nice to have an accessible person even in an online chat. The people i did speak with were very friendly and helpful, patient with my questions.
