Excellent customer service The process to transfer to iTrust was straightforward and simple. The problem is with the legacy institutions that throw up roadblocks to try to slow down the transfer process. ITrustCapital customer service has been excellent

So far so easy So far so easy. Simple setup. I did a rollover from a previous 401k. Buy and sell with one touch. Ready to see my retirement account grow faster than any traditional account ever could. Every time I’ve had to talk to the someone they we’re always helpful and all problems solved easily.

Just do it! Nike had it right with their motto of “Just do it.” No need to think about opening an iTrust account…just do it! They were very responsive to emails and calls and made my transfer from a 401K easy. Be an early adopter…just do it!

I haven’t felt nerves about my money… I haven’t felt nerves about my money being being in your safety . Your platform is really easy to make trades as many times as I like. The coins are great to pick from and seems to be adding more versions ever month. I signed up vie email communication only so didn’t need telephone contact because it’s easy to do the process.

After a ton of research... After a ton of research, I decided to try opening an account with iTrust. Onboarding was very straightforward. I was so pleased with the ease of the Roth IRA process, I opened an additional Traditional IRA AND an account for my mom's IRA. Also did a Roth conversion and Shawn Noad and everyone I've dealt with over email has been prompt and responsive.
