Personal phone support I have been using ITrust Capitol for more than a year now. They have always been great. I had some troubling situations a few times and Nikko and Calvin bailed me out. They are both very knowledgable and very patient with me and the situation. I can't say enough good things about the entire team.

Easy to set up and love the trading… Easy to set up and love the trading ability with no tax worry! Makes that 401k grow exponentially fast. Would love to use ACH bank withdrawal rather than bank wire. Hope that feature is possible and comes soon. Highly recommend.

I have loved the customer service so… I have loved the customer service so far. Really great! Very responsive. Thank you! Only a few negatives.... I didn't love the fact that I had to use a separate email to create a traditional IRA. (I already had a Roth with iTrust) Also, I would have loved to have seen more options to choose from, like Vechain. But maybe that's coming! (I know you're still new) And lastly, but perhaps most importantly, I'd really like to stake my DOT, Tezos, and ADA, even while it's in my iTrust account. ... read more
