Excellent customer service, but needs features Excellent customer service - both in terms of quality and speed. Top notch. Can't say enough good things about the service. To get to a 4 or a 5? Need these added: -Limit Orders (!!!!!) -Staking -Mobile App -Ability to buy/write call/put options (this might be a stretch - but one can dream)

Highly recommend! I just opened two different types of accounts at iTrust. Moving my money is a big deal because it scares the crap out of me (I don't understand all the ins and outs of these things), and the folks at iTrust made it easy. They are right on top of everything, often late into the evening. They explain things so the rest of us who aren't finance people can understand, and they provide everything you need to make the process painless.
