I was annoyed when I called because I… I was annoyed when I called because I didn’t understand why I needed to schedule an appointment. The next available appointment was a week away. Jimmy called in response to my complaint. He immediately took care of the situation. He confirmed my info on the spot and explained how it was for my protection to make sure the funds were wired correctly.
