Trent did a phenomenal job handling my… Trent did a phenomenal job handling my problem with a transfer from Prudential and the phone was actually answered. Last week I called 4 times and waited 30 minutes each time. Each time it got down to one person ahead of me, I was then disconnected. Very frustrating. Trent did a great job handling my problem.
