Great Service The customer service has been great (thank you Gladis Miranda, you're awesome!) and the platform is easy to use. They still need to (1) list more coins like NEAR, (2) allow more staking—currently only DOT, (3) they need to allow coins to be continuously/automatically staked, and (4) need to allow Dollar Cost Averaging options—they currently have conditional buy/sell, but the low fees and ease of use are valuable. I highly recommend it.

The good and the not so good.. My criticisms have been largely addressed in the last year. The ability to put in conditional orders for both buy and sell was one of the big ones. The addition of some of the more popular coins was appreciated. I was one of the customers asking for staking and now you have brought staking for DOT and hopefully are considering some other opportunities. Still to be determined are timely tax documents.
