Issues with my account balance Today when I was checking my account, somehow the account was not showing my assets, and the portfolio value was not correct. I called the helpline and they opened a ticket to address this issue. The tech support team contacted me right away and in under 2 hours time the issue was solved. Very professional and very polite individuals.

Email address change and security. Tech support has always been able to… Tech support has always been able to help me with any issues in short order! I requested an email address change and after agreeing on a day and time, a representative called me (at that time) to confirm that it was really me requesting the change. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and on the steps they take to protect your security.

Customer service in the digital age One of the things which was surprisingly great about iTrust Capital is the customer service. I had a problem with a Roth to Roth wire transfer of funds which got incredibly complicated. That’s when Jared stepped in to help, contacting his bank, the issuing bank, and so forth, staying on hold with me for a long period of time to get group conversations going between institutions… It was really a mess but the guy didn’t give up, even though it took almost a month! Thank you Jared!
