Onboarding and customer service. Just moved some funds from an existing IRA. The step by step instuctions and videos made it quite easy. Managed to complete the process on their website with just one call to my broker for the fax #. I logged in to my account today and got the contact # for customer service. Call was answered promptly by a helpful customer rep who answered all my questions. I haven't disbursed my assets yet, but will write another review on that experience.

The rollover process was very simple The rollover process to a Roth was very simple. It didn’t take long and I love that there are no monthly fees or set up fees. They are not greedy as some other custodians. I don’t like to have all my eggs in one basket but itrust is def my favorite custodian!
