Experience so far has been great Experience so far has been great! Did a 401k rollover into roth ira. Had to schedule a support call a couple of times and each time they were prompt and were able to address my concerns immediately. Still new in this journey but have no complaints so far!!! Glad I found iTrustCapital!!!!

Customer service are very helpful Customer service are very helpful. Whenever I call for some issues there was always someone to answer it. The only concerns I have is the availability of ordering type, staking or private wallet. But I’m hoping somewhere along the line you’ll have these features.

Very thorough and helpful. My husband had an IRA account with iTrust. He passed away in January of this year. The iTrust representatives were very helpful in transferring his account into my name. There were many types of documentation that were needed and steps that had to be taken. They were very sensitive to my loss and very thorough in leading me through the necessary steps.

This is IRA 2.0 This is IRA 2.0 I have control over my funds and can quickly move with the market as needed to take control over my $ while enjoying the tax benefits of a traditional IRA.

Had a very difficult time rolling over… Had a very difficult time rolling over funds. Was given incorrect instructions a couple of times. Funds were not credited to my account for an entire week. The check arrived on a Friday, I believe, but wasn’t logged until Tuesday. Very, very frustrating.
