Won't do the right thing. Tried to sign up and in the vetting process, they said 'something flagged' and asked me to provide crazy amounts of personal info. I understand that, but when asked what flagged as I have a larger concern about this, they only protected their own interests. Dont bother, if they cant do the right thing to explain to me why my info is flagging, then I cant trust them to do the right thing in a bank issue. Great security for crypto I moved to ITrustCapital mostly for security reason because my previous provider kept all the funds in hot wallets. ITrustCapital takes a much more robust approach to security. Also, I’ve had two experiences with their customer service and it’s been great!
