I have been a client for over 4 years… I have been a client for over 4 years and I've loved the trading process but I also like the withdrawal process I just withdrawed some Bitcoin and is heading to my account in the whole process took only 4 days from the time I put in my request to the time it was being sent to me. Both Eric who helped me fill out my application and Joshua who did the phone interview we're very easy to work with I highly recommend them!

Best Crypto-Centric Brokerage iTrustCapital is a great brokerage for buying/selling crypto within an IRA or Roth. I've been a customer for over three years and they've made a ton of improvements to the platform in that time. I've got nothing bad to say about anything, but hopefully they expand their offerings (equities and options) in the future. Customer service is great as well (shout out to Jeff!).

Jimbo and Fuji Are Awesome Jimbo and Fuji are awesome. They expedited the availability of my funds before COB although it was close to the end of business day. This meant I could purchase cryptos in my account without having to wait over the three-day weekend. Excellent customer service. Throughout the entire process on multiple calls, these guys really deliver and make everything easy for clients. Wish more businesses ran this way. 😄

A satisfying four year relationship Originally an S-IRA and one of the few vehicles to keep crypto in a retirement fund. Kept BTC safe and sound for over 4 years. Roll over of an IRA into iTrust was relatively quick and smooth and recently transfer out of funds to an external IRA account was also problem free. Customer support was professional and friendly. I finally closed my account after 3… I finally closed my account after 3 years … this account closing was triggered by the annual fee … after I made the decision, the fees kept coming during the closing process … just unbelievable ! I would not recommend because there are other, more competitive avenues … the fees are out of line for what is provided … be warned !
