Curve use is Mandatory… It was not clear to me before I transferred my 401k funds that I could not take custody of my private keys, and instead I had to use Curve.
Excellent customer services No one ever gets back to me about my account. They put Roth and traditional into one account, instead of splitting with my two account. I ask them to fix it and they have not done it and they said it would cause a taxable event. It should not cause a taxable event if you are putting it in the correct accounts. But they continue to charge me every month on both account. *Edit* The CTO and COO both reached out to me to apologize about the issues I was having on my account.
