Poor Customer Services, Failed Promises I started last year with itrust capital and initially they seem to be providing good customer care, but that went south when required reporting was asked for (form 5498). I was told I would receive the reporting and even end of year reports, but that never happened. I was given the run-around and customer service became very poor. Self managed retirement account Very easy to use platform for self managed cryptocurrency investments within my retirement account
Great Great - easy to get signed up, easy to wire or send check to fund the account. Easier to setup and fund my Roth than Fidelity - and I think they are very good. My husband encouraged me to signup with iTrust and I was reluctant until I started to see the growth with a Digital Asset -IRA. I have sleepless nights with my legacy stocks & bonds portfolio. We are in the first inning of a long digital asset explosion (btw...we should stop using the words 'crypto currency').
Still waiting to trade LINK Still waiting to trade LINK. I think you need to hire more staff too. If you can only spare 10 min to talk to people & it takes 7+ days for help, that’s wayyy too long. All that said, I love the Roth crypto IRA idea & the relatively low trading fees you offer.
iTrust just may be the best crypto IRA/ROTH platform While the initial funding seemed to be a little slower than I'd have liked, all subsequent funding have been fast. iTrustCapital has responded well to questions and more importantly, to suggestions to improve the use of their platform. And last, but definitely not least, their fees are great - maybe the best. My only remaining wish is for more cryptos allowed for trading - and they are working on that.
Crypto is new Crypto is new, misunderstood and scary to most people. Your platform and approach provides old school thought processes like mine to feel more confident in moving forward with what will inevitably be our future. Keep it simple and more older investors will flow your way.
I would give 5 stars if there were a… I would give 5 stars if there were a way to direct deposit/transfer funds from my checking account to my IRA. Also, faster rollout of more alt coins. David
