Dr. Una is excellent with babies and very informative when it comes to their needs. She has positive energy every time we see her as well as the staff.
I took my daughter to 3 different pediatricians and she did not like them at all. With Dr. Una it was different, the atmosphere is different, everybody there is so nice and super professional and Dr. Una, she is the best!
Best pediatrician on the planet!! I love the heart and compassion she has for all her kids. And not just her, but her staff as well.

A billing concern should not result in a patient from 2012 being dropped especially after the responsible party said they would pay even though they didn't agree. They basically said ok well let's agree to diasgree but you will get payment to then be hung up on. Then to be hung up on 2 times by Fatima the office manager is horrendous. It could be a blessing in disguise since many other's say they have had bad service lately as well and wouldn't recommend. Dr. Una is a great doctor the staff not so much.

this place is horrible! I should have seen the signs earlier..... they deny open telemedicine appointments even when available. well the regular doctor is never available, you just get the nurse... then they don't show up for the telemedicin appointments. we missed one appointments due to phone issues... and they sent us an email that we are terminated... like what??. how about check on your patients..... when asking for medical papers, good luck. they keep telling you they will upload and nothing happens.... you have to ... read more
Very disappointed that my children have been patients at your practice for years and charmaine (your receptionist) refuses to give me a letter or statement of my children being patients there . I requested it by fax 10 days ago after she told me 7 days to receive them then got very rude over the phone after making up so many excuses about why I still haven’t gotten them . What kind of practice holds patient information hostage ??? I will be writing reviews about this everywhere and escalating this issue as highly as possible
