This practice has not been the same since Dr. Henderson left. My 8 month old has had severe reflux and we have been bounced around from NP to NP and it’s like starting fresh each time. We still have not made any progress. One of the solutions was “As long as she’s gaining some weight”, which I thought was ridiculous. Also they like to schedule appointments just to bill for them, doesn’t matter if the child is well. They could improve their record keeping. Every time I pay a copay they don't record it and send us late notices. This is in addition to giving us no notice that Dr. Henderson left the practice. If you can't keep track of our insurance payments how can I trust that you keep other records correctly? We're leaving.
I was moving my four children there specifically because of the NP, Crystal. My child was seen 6 months ago and the office made a lab error. I have been emailing and calling the office manager Makeda for 6 months. Absolutely no response! They seem very disorganized and lack follow up from office staff. I would have left the practice already but Crystal is the best!
If you are a parent who questions everything that involves your child I’d say be careful coming here. The staff overall is great. I had a really bad experience with the individual who applies the vaccines. She is very cold and rude almost dismissive. I had talked to the nurse practitioner in regards to my 18 month old (at the time) not being vaccinated due to my concerns about how some vaccines had side effects of autism and adhd among other things. RecommendedNo I do not recommend this office. Doctor UNA is amazing but the staff are something else.
I’ve been coming to Dr Una, for 6 months now, and her nor her staff have never let me down. They treat my son as if he was their own child.
My son WAS a patient for the past 2 year, He is only 3 and this is not the first time this practice have dropped the ball on the health care of their patients. Appt was @ 3pm with Dr. Henderson (Norcross Office) he was Diagnosed with a double ear infection, prescribed Antibiotics which were never called in to the pharmacy. I am so upset because not only have I been sitting at pharmacy's for hours (since 4:15pm) waiting to pick up the meds, that I called 6 times to remind the staff once @ 4:45, 8;30, 9:15 & 10pm and all pharm... read more
I was recommended to Dr. Una by my sister in law. I've been searching for a pediatrician for my sick newborn that can finally help us. I called and made the appt just yesterday and they got me on the schedule the next day. I'm still recovering from a c section and depend on others to drive me and baby places. I wasn't able to keep my appt time and I called to reschedule... they flat out told me NO. They said per policy they do not reschedule new patients and I'm not ever allowed to be seen.
