The work they did was fine. But we were unable to get them to call us back to complete the job. Was told we would receive a call back in 1 hour - nothing. Waited 4 days for a possible call - nothing. Left 2 voicemails with Kyle - nothing. We ended up hiring a different plumber to finish the work. We did however receive their bill. Could not recommend.
RecommendedJF Denney installed a Rinnai natural gas tankless water heater in my home last week. The price was right — 30% UNDER the competition which had been my go-to plumber for 24 years! The work was done with no residual mess (the installers left the utility closet cleaner than they found it!). RecommendedThank you so much to JF Denny! This morning my outside water faucet broke and couldn’t be turned off so I had to turn off the water to the house. I called JF Denny expecting to have to pay overtime to have it fixed since it is a Sunday. Joey told me what to do to fix it temporarily and they will come out tomorrow to fix it permanently!

I found out I had a gas leak when I called Heetco to fill our propane tank (they did a pressure test, which failed). Unfortunately, they said they couldn't fix it or tell me where the leak was. After a few days of trying to find a company that could help, I gave J.F. Denney a call. They came out that same day, identified, and patched the leak! It took no time at all and was pretty affordable.

(Sorry it won't let me put the picture of the service order Roger did and the "receipt " USA Services did. Wish I could it speaks volumes) This is the difference in local professional on the left and #americanhomeshield on the right. J. F. Denney Plumbing and Heating came out first thing in the morning and Roger did a fantastic job but recommended we call #ahs since the coil needed replaced and they should cover it. When we moved to our new home the water was so hard we were all miserable . What a change after installing a Kinetico water softener! We really like the system (had another brand in our previous home) and Jason was great to work with through the system selection.
