The staff attentiveness was amazing! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without feeling superior or stuffy. It was a great experience! Best crab cake I have ever had!

Top notch menu! Steaks were actually fairly priced, sides were amazing. Service was a little bit disappointing at first. It took forever to get a drink, but then steadily got better. Will definitely go back.

My friends and I truly loved everything about this experience! The food was amazing, the drinks were all delicious and the service was top notch. Our waitress Dakota was excellent. She took time to recommend drink pairings with our order and made sure everything was to our liking. My friends and I will be going again soon. After our experience at JPrime, we don’t see a reason to return to any other steakhouse in Austin. JPrime is our spot now!
We celebrated our daughters birthday last evening at the newly opened J Prime in Austin. The food was delicious, Carly and her team were impeccable with regard to service and our requests, and the restaurant was beautiful. We have already discussed returning!
We felt like VIPs. My husband and I both work in the service industry and enjoy spending a pretty penny on a good meal. The food met the mark every time. We were so impressed (my husband is a chef)! Then the service! Wow Paula was our waitress and she was quite attentive and friendly. Very manager came by especially Manny and Omar the GM even left his card. Excellent staff, well-trained and courteous. We had a wonderful Diamond Jubilee birthday celebration. I felt like Queen for the Day from the moment I was greeted at the door with a "Happy Birthday" and handed a lighted birthday balloon to the bubbly rose toasts at the end of the evening.
