Our first time at J-prime Austin to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Everything was excellent and all the staff were extra friendly.
This was our first visit to J-Prime Steakhouse in Austin, and we had a very exciting dining experience. Food, Service, and Ambience were outstanding. Entire staff including Omar and Manny, and our waitperson Trinity went above and beyond to make sure my wife enjoyed her Birthday celebration. Food we ordered was amazing, and I was surprised by abundance of great selections from the menu. I strongly recommend J-Prime Steakhouse to all our family and friends. We will be back soon.
Excellent steaks and tremendous service! Love this new-to-the-scene Austin steakhouse. Legit options for a great steak meal or seafood and pasta; the sides are awesome!
We heard of the new restaurant opening and decided to check it out for my wife’s birthday. The restaurant is beautifully designed and is perfect for a special occasion. Everyone were extremely nice and went above and beyond to make our night special. Great food, quick service, fantastic presentation.
Fantastic service. Friendly. Willingness to make our dinner a great one was over the top. I witnessed a team environment where roles were undefined from bus staff to management. Food was delicious. Atmosphere is poor. It appears there was an attempt to go contemporary with a minimalist design. We were traveling to Austin from LA and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cristie was very attentive and sweet. It wasn’t until I googled the restaurant to see if they had other location did I realize this place only opened a week ago! For only being open for a week, all of the staff went above and beyond for the guests. The food was delicious too! Highly recommend the truffle Mac n cheese!
