We had a reservation for 8:45 , our food was not served until about 10:30. The entire meal , drinks , appetizers everything took extremely long . The manager served us free desert and also managed for a future dinner . The food is great maybe it was just an off night
Never been to Js before. Went Friday night and it was soooo good we went back Saturday night too. We sat at the tables in the bar. Had Samantha she is great. The service here is exceptional. Better than any restaurant Ive been to since covid happened. Except for red ash, but it is closed due to fire so we had to find a new place to go to. Restaurants seem to lack good help and quality food since 2020 but not this restaurant. It is spot on and u can actually get in to this place to eat unlike red ash. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had and loved my beet salad. Service was perfect. I can’t wait to come back.
AMAZING. Great food. Great service. I have 0 complaints. Our server OTIS made it 10/10. Such amazing food like I said, I couldn’t believe it, the food had me in shock.
Only complaint would be the service. We waited about 6 minutes before anyone came to our table. The waiter was amazing, he also was training another waiter so that could’ve been the reasoning behind the delay on placing our order. Overall the food was amazing!!!! Crab cake 10/10 , fried oysters 10/10 !!!
Best experience ever! Our wait staff, Chris and the entire team were beyond amazing! The food was incredible. Cannot wait to come back to Austin so I can dine there again!
Excellent food, excellent service. The lighting design needs some work - some of the lights are very "cold" and the bulbs should be changed to produce a warmer light. it would change the environment for the better.
We had a last minute party if 12 and they handled it flawlessly. Hunter was extremely attentive and made the process painless. The food was excellent. Management came by to check on us twice. All in all a very successful evening and I would highly recommend anyone taking a large group there !!!!
Best steaks I ever had. My husband loves the lamp chops. Very attentitive waitstaff.
