Food was excellent. Service was great! They were short handed so we were unable to get the bananas foster which was our determining factor in choosing the restaurant but all in all it was good experience.
Everything was wonderful and the servers were fantastic. I will definitely be back. I will say that, although they were delicious, the cheese on the escargot made them very difficult to get them out off of the plate. Even a knife didn't help that much. But they sure were good once we had succeeded! I love salt and I love foie gras but I think the salt was just on the edges of going a tiny bit too far.... once again, it wouldn't stop me from ordering them again.
Some of the best service around food was very good nothing really different from other high end steak houses
Great ambiance, excellent service, overall a very good time. Salad, sides, drinks, bread were all great. Steaks were good, we got the filet duo (medium rare) and one was very undercooked (very RARE) but my boyfriend and I were sharing and luckily he was able to enjoy that one!!! All in all a great experience.
Jasmine and everyone who we encountered were very accommodating and hospitable! We were celebrating an early mother’s day with our two young boys (7 & 6 years), and Jasmine recognized our need for speed throughout dinner. She moved things along perfectly. Props to the kitchen department as well for getting all of our food out at a very reasonable pace, and it was all delicious! They get it right!! Everyone was warm and welcoming. Our server Rose was attentive without hovering. The managers are involved and touching tables, they care about your experience and so do the staff. The food was so good. Our steak was cooked to perfection. The sides were flavorful. Be on the lookout for Tyler, he makes an awesome Carajillo.
We went here for my birthday dinner. The service was outstanding! Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was stellar! Very attentive, offered suggestions and even comp’d the Brussel sprouts that I expressed interest in but had to decline due to my walnut allergy. She brought them out without the walnuts. She was very thoughtful! All the food was amazing from the appetizers to dessert. Would absolutely dine here again!
I can’t say enough good things about J-Prime. The food and service was impeccable. Can’t wait to go back.
I picked this restaurant for a business dinner with a colleague and my boss who was in from Toronto. The food was incredible and the service was even better. This place is great for just about any occasion.
