Hands down the best Japanese A5 filet I have ever had! The ribeyes, baked potatoes, and oysters were amazing as well! From the time we walked in, the service was 5 stars. From the host to manager, even was welcoming and professional. We will definitely be back when we are in Austin!
Great food and excellent service! Erica & Tyler were amazing servers and will definitely keep us coming back! As a vegetarian, I LOVED the Charcuterie board and beet salad. They'll modify lots of things too to make them veg friendly. Everyone else at the table loved the steaks! The desserts are amazing! Try the brûlée Cheesecake, the strawberry cheesecake also excellent! Yum!!
Best service and most memorable experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Almost every single staff member on the restaurant floor wished us a happy anniversary and made our time extraordinarily special. Manny took great care of us. Dry aged ribeye was amazing, bananas foster was a great way to cap off the meal. Recommending to everyone I know!
Thanks for helping make my birthday dinner phenomenal! First time at J-Prime and will definitely be back. Ambience was phenomenal, service was impeccable, and the food/drinks were amazing. Our server, Otis, didn’t skip a beat the entire night (even with a larger party) and ensured we enjoyed our evening, from start to finish, with ease! Steaks were very undercooked. It would have been nice to have it addressed immediately but that did not happen because it was hard to get in touch with someone.
Celebrated my birthday with my wife and felt like a VIP. The food was great and the service was on another level. Servers and Management were very attentive. Definitely recommend if ever in Austin.
We had an amazing dining experience here. From the attentiveness from all the staff to the ambiance and quality and taste of the food. It was my birthday and they made me feel so special from the moment I came in and LOVED the beautiful light up balloon. It was absolute perfection and we will definitely go back again.
We have been to many restaurants and J Prime in Austin is beyond spectacular! Not only did they provide excellent service but exceeded expectations. They went above and beyond in service and food. Our server, Tyler, and manager, Manuel, were so welcoming.
