Carlos did a great job and explained what he had done. He did a thorough job and we are very pleased with his service. He was also very polite and friendly...we will request him in the future! J.A. Bertsch is a great company!
We had JA Bertsch install our new furnace today. We’ve worked with them numerous times over the last 10 years. They are the best!! When our old furnace quit, they worked hard to get us in quickly. April and Burk were very professional and courteous, wearing shoe covers and putting down drop cloths. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and were super nice to our dog too! We highly recommend them!
Eric did an excellent job. He explained everything that he did and gave a good explanation. For it. He offered suggestions as well as some ideas and additional improvements. He didn’t do anything without permission. He did a great job of cleaning up. He was also respectful and friendly. Eric arrived right on time. Thanks Eric.

Our experience has been extremely positive with this company. Other heating and cooling companies have tried to take advantage of us, which led us to J.A. Bertsch. The equipment that these other companies wanted to replace have been kept running for 15 years now by J.A. Bertsch with just basic service. Tyler Brust spent lots of time explaining different things about our system and was very transparent with everything he saw, which ended with all of it checking out okay on a 22 year old system.
