BEST EXPERIENCE!! My name is Ed and we live in Spring Hill, FL. From start to finish the process was seamless! From the sales team, to the office help, to the crew, to the clean up. Awesome experience with JAC . Steven Bagby my Sales associate was amazing the whole length of the process . He filled me in weekly on all the updates of the process . Denise and Ellie in the office were a pleasure to work with . On install day Steven and the owner Josh walked me thru the steps of taking the old roof down and installing the new one . Phil and Jordan are the best, their knowledge and expertise in roofing and general contracting is second to none. I've been a builder all my life in the residential and commercial disciplines and I can spot a fraud pretty easily. These guys made me feel at ease immediately and they do what they say, their communication is outstanding and they are on time! Very Professional from the time you get your estimate to the time the job is finished. Jason is the one that gave me the estimate and he stayed in touch with me till the job was done. He is awesome. JAC builders was very quick and efficient in installing our roof! We love it. Miguel was very knowledgeable in all the steps. We had some bumps in the road with our insurance company but JAC Builders was very patient and helpful with me during the process.
