RecommendedJAC Builders has provided many roof inspections, repairs and full replacements for several of my clients and family members. They are prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and organized at all times. Whether they work with your insurance company for storm damage, or directly with the homeowner... you can always count on GREAT QUALITY in a timely manner. 10/10 I recommend JAC Builder's for all your roofing needs.
JAC Builders can recognize that they work for the customer. JAC finished repairing my roof and I can only assume the work was done to my satisfaction because more than 2 months later, they refuse to meet with me. Their own certificate of completion notes that their company representation will inspect the work with the customer...never happened. Then they want to know why I haven't finished paying them. You need to learn to communicate and remember that the homeowner is the customer, not the insurance company.
