Good communication and fast response time at the beginning of the transaction. ...however as time went on communication was lacking. Details were overlooked such as not using the most current Seller's Settlement Statement, and slow response and inaccuracy when clarifying funds seller needed to wire (cash to close.) We got it worked out, but Sellers were a little frustrated. Overall a good experience, but better communication towards the end would've improved things.

Jacalyn worked her b*** off to get a challenging deal done. She communicated, worked with the borrowers on lots of issues early on to get them approved and went above and beyond. When she left for maternity leave (yay!), Katie and John really dropped the ball in every way. We did not close on time (a day late and no one could articulate why), there was very little communication from anyone (just a quick update even with bad news would help!) and the buyers were super confused.
