Jacalyn made a complicated process digestible and easy to navigate. She quickly responded to all of my questions (and there were a lot) with a friendly and helpful demeanor. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process and her willingness to go above and beyond to help me. The entire Zenith team was an absolute pleasure to work with.
