After working directly for Jac for a few years, I knew she was the loan officer I wanted to work with for my first home purchase. She not only answered all my questions throughout the process, but she had already anticipated the questions and had been monitoring my loan/rate for any change that would benefit me! Michelle was great to work with and so responsive, even on general questions. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to work with the great Zenith Team!
