Jacalyn was a pleasure to work with. She worked with us through a job change in the middle of the whole process and was always easy to get a hold of when needed. Her conservative estimates gave us a nice surprise at the end when our cash to close was less than expected. We will definitely be working with her again in the future. Love Jacalyn! She made refinancing our home so easy. We live 2 hours away from each other and she made it feel as if we were in the same room during the whole experience.
The process with Jacalyn was very easy and seamless. She, and her team, did a great job, communicated any updates, and was always accessible throughout the transaction. It was nice to know everything on the lending end was taken care of and I didn't need to worry.
