This was my first home purchase and I had talked to several other lenders before Jacalyn. What made the difference was that Jacalyn always was ready to help me figure out what I could afford and how we could change numbers around to meet my needs on the loan. Everyone else took hours or even days to get back to me so it was so great that Jacalyn could run the numbers for me before even putting a loan in. Jacalyn would be the lender I'd go with.
Jacalyn was always very responsive and thorough in her communication throughout. Appreciated the personal lending portal. The video voice messages were a great touch. Extremely knowledgable. Went above and beyond to ensure deadlines were met. Overall a great experience!
