Professionalism throughout the entire organization and our project. Fred, Daniel and the installers created an excellent working relationship with our family. If you are looking for a five star contractor this is the one.
They are busy so you need to have patience if they need to fix something. Still waiting for them to fix one of the new Windows because it will not stay up.
the sales person said the new windows would be larger than the old ones and the shutters would have to be removed and reinstalled. the new windows were the same size as the old windows and the shutters did not have to be removed.
the gentlemen installing were very professional and did an excellent job and cleaned up any and all debris. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows and such. We plan on having them back to do more work, more windows and more construction work. I believe we found a very professional company to deal with that can handle all our improvements and reconstruction needs so we don't have to keep looking around for every job that we need done.
Our room is just being begun, but this company has done several similar rooms in our community, and I haven't met anyone who isn't thrilled with the work. They aren't the lowest cost, but I do believe you often get what you pay for, and this company has an excellent reputation.
Love my windows, I will get more when I can afford it.
