Did not keep appointments. Always blamed another department for a problem. Was just interested in getting the job, then hired cheap contractors
Incompetent installer. Upper windows still leak in wind driven rain. Problems not fixed after over a year.

This job has been repaired by window manufacturer and customer says he is waiting on rain from a specific direction. Mr Hall spoke to him personally! We always make our work right!
I found out later that I could have gotten the work done for half the price.
The windows are a great product. However, the building inspector would not pass the project because of shoddy installation. They left the under framing exposed where the old windows were taken out on both the top and the bottom of the windows. They did come back and fix the issue and caulked all around to seal out any water. Still waiting for the final inspection. It just seemed they were in a big hurry to get the job done and were willing to leave it looking unfinished and sloppy, and exposed to the elements.
