This was our first home purchase and the process was as smooth as expected.Jack and his team answered all our questions, sometimes more timely than others.We never felt like we were in the dark throughout the entire process, and they made signing a bulk of documents using e-signatures which helps keep all streamlined.I would use Jack for my next home purchase, and I recommend this team highly
