Jack and his staff were very helpful. Walked me through the entire process and offered suggestions to assist. In the closing Jack realized that some of the money I was to get in a check had been applied to my loan. He contacted them and made the changes with the seller and made sure they cut me a check.

Prompt and consistent communication would have been great, sometimes it tooks days to get an answer or paperwork needed to move the process forward. Communication during the home buying process was terrible.
