We have used Jacksonville Title & Trust for two closing and I must say, Maxine and Kiah were such good help and made both of our transactions easy, even when we had some hiccups and things were going south pretty quick on our end. These ladies have such good patience and we’re always there when I needed them. I would highly recommend this company and these ladies to anyone!

Awesome experience with Maxine Quinney and her team! As a broker, having a great title team is vital to getting the loan closed on time and keeping all parties involved happy. Maxine made sure docs were ready and asked the pertinent questions to keep the file moving and ultimately got it closed with minimal issues. I am always very appreciative of a great title team.
