Jae and her team were fantastic and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone! The one and only complaint I have is specifically about the website. During signup for an account at Stockton, the website will not allow you to copy from the clipboard into the password field. I use a password manager and usually opt to use random strings for passwords, but since I cannot copy into the password field, I had to use a less secure password that I could type manually. Jae Plawecki was amazing to work with throughout the entire loan process. She was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of advice and help in several areas. I will absolutely be coming back to Jae for any other mortgage needs.
As a first time home buyer Jae and her team were very patient and helpful my loan was a hard one and she always gives the reassurance that everything will be fine and she made sure everything will go smooth. She was very patient with me especially my work hour is the opposite of everyone's regular hour and she was very available anytime for me especially non-working hours.
