Jae and her team were fantastic and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone! The one and only complaint I have is specifically about the website. During signup for an account at Stockton, the website will not allow you to copy from the clipboard into the password field. I use a password manager and usually opt to use random strings for passwords, but since I cannot copy into the password field, I had to use a less secure password that I could type manually. As a first time home buyer Jae and her team were very patient and helpful my loan was a hard one and she always gives the reassurance that everything will be fine and she made sure everything will go smooth.
