Improved communication about locking in our final rate. Our rate was locked without confirmation that we were ready to lock it. Improved communication about final closing cost. We were told 2 hours before the appointment to close on our home what the final cost would be and had to hurry to the bank to pick up a cashier’s check.
Jaime was in frequent contact and would often reply back to us same day to keep this process easy and moving forward.
