Jaime was always available to answer my questions. And she would always pop up to ask if I needed anything and would check on me throughout the entire process.

Jamie made a stressful situation much easier to get through (and I probably wasn't the best customer either....). I appreciate her patience, she explained things clearly, she contacted me when she needed information and answered my questions in a very timely manner. Jaime made it much easier to work with KBHS.

Jaime was very up lifting and a blessing to have worked with. Not only did she go way beyond her duties to make sure we had everything that we need but if there was anything that was misunderstood she took the time out to explain it to us. She's a great and wonderful blessed person to have in our lives and we will miss working with us.
I marked all top ratings hopefully that's how the survey ended up. When I clicked on smiley face all five choices lite up, seemed confusing. Jamie did fantastic. I would gladly recommend her.
