I found your have learned the trick of shove much of the workload duting this process onto you customer. In the ned it worked out well be it was othern painful. You asked for bank documents you know I couldnt get in the timeframe and woud accept the documents i could. In this past year i came to believe my Uncle was right. Jake informed me he didn't want to have a conversation on the phone with me without all my documents. I think he should have rethink his statement, totally unprofessional, since I am the customer and a new customer. I don't recommend Jake until he understands customer comes first. You are giving a service, sir!!!!!
